摘要 提出将虚拟现实技术应用于数控铣削加工仿真系统中,以Visual C++为开发平台,在虚拟场景中,根据数控铣床的结构特点和主要组成单元,以FANUC数控系统为背景,利用OpenGL技术构建出三轴数控铣床的三维虚拟模型,并设计出相应的数控铣削加工仿真系统,详细介绍人机交互界面和数控加工程序执行过程的实现方法,并给出逼真的仿真实例,效果较好,可以应用于数控加工程序的验证、数控技术的教学和培训等场合。 Virtual Reality(VR) technology is applied for the Numerical Control (NC)milling manufacturing system, based on the Visual C ++ development platform. According to the structure feature and main element units of NC milling machine in the virtual scene, the three-dimensional virtual model of 3-axis NC milling machine is constructed, on the background of FANUC NC system, using OpenGL software technology. The corresponding NC milling manufacturing simulating system is designed, especially the man-machine interface and the accomplishment method of NC manufacturing program executing process are introduced in detail. Finally, the vivid simulating example is presented, which has satisfactory effect. The proposed virtual manufacturing system can be widely apphed for the verification of NC program, the education and training of NC technology.
