Firstly,the difference between market demand and production requirement is discussed, and then the fore treatment is introduced, which is used for working out the production requirement. Whereafter, based on the amount balance principle, the tactic and method of the fore treatment is addressed, and the mathematic model and the operation rule is given. Finally, the feasibility of the model is illustrated.
