摘要
近年来,在一些低渗油藏高能气体压裂过程中出现了多次CO中毒事件,这对油田安全生产构成了严重的威胁。采用密闭爆发器爆燃模拟检测技术系统研究了国内所用几种高能气体压裂(HEGF)中火药配方爆燃产生CO气体的生成机制,并以陕北某低渗油田5口井为例,研究了在井场HEGF作业中CO气体的聚集规律。在此基础上,提出了低渗油田高能气体压裂措施中CO气体伤害的防治对策,这对于确保HEGF压裂增产作业施工的顺利进行具有十分重要的意义。
In recent years,many serious CO poisoning accidents have occurred during high-energy gas fracturing of low permeability reservoirs, which poses great threat on safety production of oilfields. In this paper, the mechanism that CO gas generates after the deflagration of several formulations of HEGF gun powder is investigated systematically based on using the detection technology to simulate the deflagration of closed bomb vessels. Taking the five wells in a low permeability oilfield in northern Shaanxi as an example, the CO gas accumulation law is analyzed during HEGF operation. Therefore the countermeasures to prevent CO poisoning accidents are proposed, which is of great significance to ensure HEGF operation to increase output.
