关于我国体育师资素质状况的因子分析——中学教师教学观念及敬业情况调查

Study on Factors of the Quality of Our PE Teacher

采用走访、座谈、问卷调查、数理统计以及归纳等方法,就新世纪我国学校体育现代化背景下的体育师资素质问题进行全面调查研究。调查结果显示,中学体育教师教育观念相对滞后,思维方式、方法单一;敬业精神不足,有与学校体育高速发展相脱节的趋势。

Using literature and questionnaire method, the author does a research on quality of physical education teachers in the idea of PE teaching and their faithful to their profession. The author finds that some teachers keep an old idea of PE teaching which is proved to be lag behind, and some luck of enough loyalty to their profession.
