脾巨大血管肉瘤肝转移自发性破裂一例 被引量：2

摘要 患者男，36岁。因查体发现肝脾占位性病变1个月．腹胀5～6d入院，查体：腹稍胀，中腹部压痛，无反跳痛，肝区无叩痛，未扪及包块，移动性浊音（-）．肠鸣音正常，右精索处可触及4cm×4cm大小囊性包块，质软，挤压无明显缩小。CT示：肝内多发大小不等的占位性病变，平扫呈低密度，边界尚清．动脉期、静脉期及延迟（10min）期见多个病灶不增强，呈水样密度（图1）脾脏明显增大，多病灶．
