芦丁大豆异黄酮功能产品的处方设计与制备工艺研究

目的 本实验利用大豆异黄酮及芦丁独特生理功能,探索大豆异黄酮复合制剂的处方设计以及工艺参数研究。方法 采用湿法制粒。结果 优选处方为大豆异黄酮40mg、牡蛎碳酸钙50mg、维生素E20mg、芦丁20mg、糖粉130mg、淀粉120mg、干淀粉10mg、硬脂酸镁2mg、滑石粉6mg。结论 所制备的片剂质量符合中国药典所规定的要求,硬度为4-7,崩解时限为10-15min。
