急性心肌梗死早期应用倍他乐克注射液对C-反应蛋白和室性心律失常的影响

摘要 目的急性心肌梗死(AMI)患者高敏C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、白介素-6及肿瘤坏死因子等炎症因子的水平明显升高,同时室性心律失常的发生率明显增加。本研究观察了倍他乐克注射液静脉注射后接着口服倍他乐克对hs-CRP和室性心律失常的影响。方法将连续收住院的AMI患者分为两组倍他乐克组和对照组,倍他乐克组对于发病24h内AMI患者首先用倍他乐克注射液15mg静脉注射(每隔2min注射5mg,共3次),如患者能耐受3次倍他乐克静脉注射,在注射结束后15min给倍他乐克口服,对照组未接受静脉及口服倍他乐克。并观察两组室性心律失常的发生情况及hs-CRP的变化。结果两组间年龄、性别、冠心病危险因素、梗死前心绞痛、心血管用药都没有明显差别。但血压和心率在倍他乐克组是明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。倍他乐克治疗后hs-CRP明显降低(P<0.01)。室性心律失常得以控制。结论AMI24h应用倍他乐克可使血清hs-CRP水平降低,室性心律失常发生率减少。
