摘要
根据国外干排渣设备的发展现状及运行中存在的主要问题,介绍国产干排渣的技术原理及典型输送系统。将干排渣系统同大倾角刮板捞渣机在技术和经济性方面进行分析比较表明,干排渣技术具有极大的技术和经济优势。针对国外设备现存的主要问题,对国产干排渣技术在锅炉运行稳定性、锅炉结焦防范、大渣冷却等方面的关键技术进行研究,并将这项输渣新技术应用于华能伊敏电厂锅炉干渣输送系统改造工程中。实践表明国产干排渣系统运行稳定可靠。
The technical principles and typical conveying systems of homemade dry slag disposal technology were introduced on the basis of development status and operation problems of foreign dry slag disposal equipment. According to the comparison result of technical and economic performance between dry slag disposal system and scraper slag conveyer system, the former shows great technical and economical advantages. In view of the existing problems on foreign equipment, several key technologies for homemade system were researched, including the stable operation, coking prevention of the boiler and slag cooling method. In addition, this dry slag disposal system has been applied in the reconstruction project of boiler dry slag conveying system in Huaneng Yimin Power Plant, showing stable and reliable operation.
