摘要 为解决大容量试验短路电流测量系统量值溯源的难题,西安高压电器研究所(XIHARI)率先参加了国际短路试验联盟(STL)在全球大容量实验室中组织的短路电流测量国际比对技术活动。通过比对,建立了中国第1个大容量试验短路电流标准测量系统,共进行了线性度、刻度系数、高频电流、干扰、电阻值测量5个项目的比对试验。比对电流有效值最高达90kA,最大峰值213kA,比对结果为:XIHARI短路电流标准测量系统与STL短路电流标准测量系统之间最大偏差为0.3%。 It is always a difficult topic for the quality trace-ability of short-circuit high current measurement, because there's not a common standard to evaluate overall behavior of the measuring system., STL (Short-Circuit Testing Liaison) began to organize a technical activities, called inter-comparison of short-circuit high current in high power laboratory in 2003. The inter-comparison of short-circuit high current measurement was carried out in XIHARI in September 2006. It's the first time in China to do the work. During the inter-comparison tests, a total of 5 items, including scale factor test, linearity test, interference test, high frequency current test, measurement of the resistance, were performed with maximum current of 90 kA rms, 213 kA peak. The results show that the reference measuring system used in XIHARI is deviated to the STL reference one with 0.3%.
