摘要 目前火力发电厂对燃煤的检测化验从取样到出化验报告需5~8h,用这样的化验结果不能及时地指导燃料管理和锅炉的燃烧调整。天津大港发电厂应用MJA型煤质成分在线检测装置,较好地解决了燃煤的快速化验问题。MJA型煤质成分在线检测装置利用中子感生瞬发γ射线分析技术,可实现对燃煤的在线分析。该装置安装调试方便,在天津大港发电厂投入使用1a多来,系统运行稳定,测量数据及时、准确,在指导混配煤、锅炉燃烧调整和对入厂煤检测等优化燃料管理方面发挥了显著作用。 At present, it takes five to eight hours to test and analyze the coal quality in thermal power plant, which fails to direct the fuel management and boiler combustion adjustment as required. For this, MJA on-line coal quality detecting-and analyzing device was used in Dagang Power Plant. It utilizes the analysis technology of γ ray neutron inductive production to perform the on-line analysis for coal quality, This device is convenient for installation and commissioning, and it is in stable operation with accurate measurement. It plays a remarkable role in the optimization of fuel management, such as directing the coal blending, regulating the coal combustion and analyzing the coal quality etc.
