苦菜的不同部位中13种金属元素含量的分析测定 被引量:13

摘要 用火焰原子吸收法测定了苦菜的不同部位(根,茎,叶,花)中矿物元素(Ca,Mg,K,Na,Cu,Zn,Mn,Cr,Co,Ni,Fe,Pb和Cd)的含量,并对结果进行了分析比较。苦菜中13种金属元素在各部位中的加合量(μg·g-1)由高到低的顺序依次为:叶(77213·72)>花(47927·15)>杆(42280·99)>根(28131·18)。人体必需的生理上较重要的微量元素Zn,Fe,Mn,Cu等含量均较高。另外,样品中亦检出微量有毒元素铅和镉。 Flame atomie absorption speetrometry with air-aeetylene flame was used for the determination of inorganie metal elements in different parts ( flower, leaf, stem and root) of Sonehus oleraeeus L. The contents of Ca, Mg, K, Na, Fe, Mn, Cu, Zn, Cr, Co, Ni, Pb and Cd in the flower, leaf, stem and root of Sonehus oleraeeus L were eompared. The order from high to low of the additive weight (μg·g^-1) for the 13 kinds of metal elements is as follows: leaf (77 213.72)〉flower (47 927. 15)〉 stem(42 280. 99)〉root (28 131.18). From the experimental results it was found that there were eonsiderable differenees in the eontents of the metal elements in different parts, and there were rieher eontents of Fe, Zn, Mn and Cu in root and flower, whieh are neeessary to human health, than in other parts.
