摘要
目的建立防风色原酮部位中总色原酮含量测定方法。方法采用磷钨酸钼-硫酸锂比色法测定总色原酮含量:以亥茅酚为对照品,磷钨酸钼-硫酸锂为显色剂,在pH值为10.6的缓冲溶液条件下显色。结果亥茅酚在8~56μg范围内与吸光度成良好线性关系,回归方程为Y=0.2034X-0.0021(r=0.9998)。亥茅酚平均加样回收率为98.82%,RSD=1.97%(n=6)。结论3批样品含量测定结果表明,所建立的方法简便、准确,可用于防风色原酮部位总色原酮含量测定。
Objective To establish a method for determinating the total chromone in the chromone fraction of Saposhnikovia divaricata (Turcz.) Schischk. Method The content of total chromone in chromone fraction of Saposhnikovia divaricata (Turcz.) Schischk. was determined by the chromatoptometry of molybdenum phosphotungstate-lithium sulfate: hamaudol was taken as the reference substance and molybdenum phosphotungstate-lithium as the developer. The procedure Was developed in buffer with pH value of 10.6. Result Hamaudol had a good linear relationship with the absorbance in the range of 8 to 56 μg, and the linear regression equation was Y =0.203 4X-0.002 1 (r =0.999 8). The average recovery for hamaudol was 98.82% with RSD = 1.97% (n = 6). Conclusion The content determination of 3 batches of sample shows that the method is simple, convenient and accurate, and can be used for the content determination of the total chromone in the chromone fraction of Saposhnikovia divaricata (Turcz.) Schischk.
