摘要
目的:建立复方制剂灵虎片中的有效成分虎杖苷的含量测定方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,色谱条件:色谱柱:Kromasil C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm);以乙腈-水(25∶75)为流动相;检测波长:305 nm;流速:1.0 ml/min。柱温:室温。结果:虎杖苷在38.98￣389.80μg范围内成良好线性关系,r=0.9998,平均回收率为100.23%,RSD为1.67%。结论:本测定方法简便可行、重复性好,可用于本制剂中有效成分虎杖苷的含量测定。
Objective ：To determine the concents of baicalin in polydatin in Linghu tablets.Methods：The HPLC method was established for the determination of polydatin in Linghu tablets. The column is Kromasil C18 （4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm）, mobile phase consisting of acetonitrile-water { 25：75 ）, column tempreture room temperature,and the flow rare was 1.0 ml/min.The detection wavelength is 305 nm.Results：A better linearity was obtained form 38.98 μg to 398.80 μg of polydatin for plasma with a good correlation coefficient.The average recovery of ephedrine hydrochloride was 100.23% ,RSD was 1.67%, The method has good precision.recocry.Condusion：This method is simple, and quick.it can be used as quality control in Linghu tablets.
