超急性期溃疡性结肠炎并出血坏死性结直肠炎1例

摘要 患者，女，58岁。因反复脓血便4年，再发20d，伴腹痛、停止排气3d于2006年9月7日入院。4年前无明显诱因出现腹泻、脓血便，当地医院确诊为溃疡性结肠炎，未采取系统治疗，症状逐渐加重。入院20d前出现脓血便每日十余次，3d前停止排气并出现腹痛且逐渐加重伴恶心呕吐。否认相关家族史。入院体检：T37．5℃，P80次/min，R20次／min，BP100／70mmHg。重度贫血貌，腹平，下腹压痛，
