摘要
针对当前测绘企业绩效考核的问题,提出了对测绘企业绩效考核的几点原则,并设计出一个完整的综合绩效考核体系。
Based on analyzing the problems existed in the Performance Assessing of the surveying productive enterprises, this paper brings forward to the primary principles of Performance Assessing, designs the new Comprehensive Performance Assessing system of the surveying productive enterprises.
