The content of classroom management art consists of art of reminding,teaching guiding,drawing students＇ attention and assessment. An accurate understanding of teaching reminding is the premise of the formation of art of reminding,and teaching reminding design promotes the formation art of reminding. Knowledge of the significance of guiding in teaching is the psychological start point of the art formation of guiding while the design of teaching guiding is the behavioural start point of it. Teachers＇ comprehension of the significance of drawing students＇ attention is beneficial for the formation of the art of it. The notion of contemporary teaching assessment is advantageous to the formation of students＇ assessment. The responsibility for students＇ assessment is an important strategy which teachers should learn to design the assessment.
