摘要
简要介绍了国内外堵水技术的发展概况。重点从裂缝性储层油井出水机理研究、常用堵剂及模拟实验研究和现场施工工艺几个方面,研究了裂缝性储层油井堵水技术的发展情况,其中封堵裂缝常用的堵剂是聚合物冻胶体系,大致分为4种类型;室内模拟研究,主要介绍了Seright等人对不同配方、不同放置时间的冻胶在裂缝中的封堵性能及冻胶在裂缝中的脱水现象和抗冲刷性的研究;通过国内外现场堵水实践的总结发现,在进行措施以前必须综合各种资料,准确判断油井产水原因,优选目标井。并且聚合物冻胶堵水是该类储层较为有效的堵剂。最后,提出了今后裂缝性储层油井堵水技术发展趋势及研究重点。
The paper gives a brief introduction to the development of domestic and overseas water -plugging technologies. It focuses on the development of water-plugging technologies in fractured reservoirs, including water mechanisms in oil wells, common plugging agents, simulation experiment and field operation. The common plugging agent applied in fractures is polymer gel which is briefly classified into four types. For simulation experiment, Seright and his members studied the plugging properties of the gel with different formulas and delaying times as well as the dehydration and washing resistance in fractures. Through summarizing the field plugging practices at home and abroad, it is necessary to integrate with all kinds of information before operation to judge the reason of producing the water accurately and to optimize the target well. Moreover, it is found that this polymer gel is a fairly effective plugging agent to fractured reservoirs. Finally, it presents the development trend and research emphasis of water plugging technologies in fractured reservoirs.
