摘要
MPD(Managed Pressure Drilling)即控制压力钻井是在国外得到应用的一种先进技术。该技术能够解决复杂地层钻井所出现的复杂问题,如由漏失造成的钻井液费用过高、压差卡钻、井控问题,以及在狭窄压力窗口下钻进时可能发生的涌-漏现象等等,以提高钻井效率、降低钻井成本。
Managed pressure drilling (MPD) is an advance drilling technology abroad. It may solve some sticky problems when drilling complicated strata, for example, high drilling-fluid cost caused by leakage, drilling plugging caused by pressure difference, well control along with well kick and lost circulation probably taken place in drilling at narrow pressure window. MPD increases drilling efficiency and reduces drilling cost.
