Countermeasures Against the Pollutions Caused by Greasy Dirt and Soot from Restaurants

随着城市的发展、人民生活水平的提高,各类餐饮业如雨后春笋般出现,伴之而来的各类污染纠纷、信访也呈稳中有升的趋势。在此从优化规划、部门协作、加强环境监察等角度入手,探索解决的方法。

As cities development and the living standard of citizens raises fast,kinds of restaurants in different forms are teeming around.Dissensions,letters and calls of complaints ,which concern the pollutions caused by greasy dirt and soot,are increasing steadily.From several different perspectives,such as bettering layout of city and coordination among departments,enforcing environmental supervision,this thesis explores the ways to solve the problems mentioned above.
