环渤海地区信息化水平的比较研究

本文结合1995-2001年国家信息化水平评价总指数指标体系中总指数和分类指数的数据,通过纵向和横向比较,分析了环渤海地区信息化发展情况和区域内各省市(区)信息化水平的差异,从数量上揭示环渤海地区信息化水平存在的数字鸿沟——区域间差异、区域内差异和不同发展时期的差异。并对环渤海地区信息化发展提出建议,旨在为进一步的理论和政策分析创造基础条件,为环渤海地区制定切实可行的信息化发展战略和政策提供依据。

Based on the date gotten from the framework of indication system to evaluation national informatization level from 1995 to 2001, this paper analyzes the difference of infonnatization level of the Bohai Rim by comparing it with Yangtze River Delta and Pearl River Delta, and the internal differences in provinces in the Bohai Rim, and reveals the existence of the digital gapregional, internal differences in different periods. The author also puts forward suggestions of policy deciding.
