科技期刊论文引用早期文献的现象简析

针对科技期刊论文引用早期文献的现象,首先对早期文献的概念进行阐述;进而对引用早期文献的原因进行了分析;最后,提出有关早期文献引用的鉴审原则和建议。

Aming at the phenomenon that early literatures are cited by some papers in sei - teeh periodicals, this paper explains the concept of early literatures, and analyses the reasons for citing early literatures. The principles and suggestions that have something to do with appraise of citing early literature are put forward in the end.
