摘要
文章基于对重庆市10余所高校图书馆专业技术人员的调研,从人数、年龄、学历、专业以及接受教育方式几个方面进行分析、比较,指出目前专业技术职称评定方面存在的问题并提出对策。
Based on the investigation on professional staff in more than 10 colleges and universities libraries of Chongqing and the analysis on the number, the composition of age, educational background, specialty and education mode of them, we found some problems in the current evaluation mode of the professional title and gave our suggestion.
