摘要
利用水热法制备了超细BaTiO3(钛酸钡)粉末,掺Dy(Ac)3(醋酸镝)并高温烧结后得到瓷体材料,研究了掺杂可溶性Dy(Ac)3对材料介电性能的影响,并分析了相关的影响规律,即随着Dy(Ac)3加入量的增加,材料的介电常数开始增大随后减少,当wDy(Ac)3=0.8%时介电常数最大,而介电损耗先减少后增大。得到了介电常数为5 672,电质损耗(tanδ)为0.002 4,耐压强度为6 kV/mm的高压低损耗陶瓷电容器瓷料。探讨了Dy(Ac)3掺杂改性的有关机理。
Barium titanate powder was prepared by hydrothermal method, doped with Dy(Ac)3, and then the ceramic was obtained. The effects of soluble Dy(Ac)3 doping on the dielectric properties of BaTiO3 powder were studied, and the law of the influence on the BT series capacitor ceramics has been obtained, i. e. with the increasing of Dy(Ac)3 additive, the dielectric constant (εr) of materials starts increasing and then decreasing while the dielectric losses (tanS) decreasing and the dielectric constant (εr) is maximum while ωDy(Ac)3 =0. 8%. The BT ceramics with optimum comprehensive properties have been obtained with high εr (= 5 672) ,low tanS( =0. 0024) and high DC breakdown voltage(=6 kV/mm). The influence mechanism of Dy(Ac)3 on the dielectric properties of BaTiO3ceramics is studied,thus providing the basis for prepara- tion of capacitor ceramics.
