摘要
推导出一种盘形振动上料器的数学模型,在此基础上分析了固有频率、振型等动态性能,进行了系统参数计算。并利用动态分析软件ADAMS进行了建模仿真,可直观地研究零件的一致化排列过程和输送的速度。实践证明,利用这种模型进行盘形振动上料器的研制工作十分有效。
A mathematical model of a bowl feeder is developed using state space methods. Dynamic vibration performances of the model such as natural frequency and mode shape are analysed, and some key parameters are determined by model analysis. Computer simulation of the model is realized by dynamic simulation software ADAMS, and the velocities of coherence ranking and transportation for the parts in the bowl can be predicted. Practice proves that the simulation might be used to improve the design of vibratory bowl feeder.
