共聚焦显微内镜:虚拟组织病理学的开端 被引量:3

摘要 一、背景 内镜自诞生之日起,其应用领域、设备性能和附属设备皆得到了长足发展。目前的电子内镜成像解析度已达85万像素,放大倍率可达150倍,而双气囊全小肠镜与胶囊内镜的成功临床应用打破了消化道的最后一个检查肓区,内镜无疑已成为诊断、治疗和评估消化道疾病的重要手段。然而迄今为止,所有传统形式的内镜皆仅限于对病变表面形态的观察,在目前形态学研究尚未取得突破性进展和可靠临床地位的情况下,仍需依靠活组织病理学才能最终诊断。
