Advance in Adjustment Technologies of Particle Diameter for Organic Pigment

摘要 综述了有机颜料调整粒径所采用的干研磨加工、固态溶液、添加晶体成长抑制剂、水介质压力下颜料化、激光辐射、隐颜料和超临界流体中颜料化的最新进展,其中水介质压力下颜料化技术是处理强极性颜料有发展前途的技术。可使用隐颜料技术的颜料类型有二酮吡咯并吡咯、靛蓝、蒽醌、喹吖啶酮、偶氮以及噻嗪-靛蓝类颜料。 The development trends of particle diameter adjustment technologies for organic pigment were summarized. The concerned technologies were as follows: dry grinding process, sosoloid technology, adding crystal-growing inhibitor, pigmentation under water pressure, laser radiation, latent pigment and pigmentation in supercritical liquid. The pigmentation under water pressure is the process with developing foreground for treatment of strongly polar pigments. The process of latent pigment can be used for treatment of such pigments as pyrrolo-pyrrole-dione, indigo, anthraquinone, quinacridone, diazo and thiazine-indigo.
