腭裂术后复裂原因分析及防治措施

The analysis of reasons of the fissure after palatoplasty and the method of prevention and cure

目的探讨腭裂修复术后复裂的原因及防治措施,提高腭裂修复效果。方法对180例腭裂修复进行总结,兰氏法134例,三瓣法20例,腭咽环扎法16例,咽后壁瓣法6例,梨状骨瓣法4例。结果软硬腭交界处裂孔12例,软、硬腭复裂各2例。结论选择灵活的术式设计、规范操作、完善术前检查术后护理是减少腭裂复裂的关键。

Objective：To analyse the reason of the fissure on post-palatoplasty,improving the effect of palatoplasty. Methods：One hundred and thirty-four cases langenback（two-flap）,20 cases three-flap, 16 cases palatopharyngeal ring tied, 6 cases posterior pharyngeal flap, 4 cases vomer flap. Results：Twelve fissures on bond of hard and soft palate,2 fissures on hard palate,2 fissures on soft palate. Conclusion ：The key of prevention fissure that operation designs,preoperation and postoperation care.
