摘要
目的探讨全口义齿修复体修复5年的临床疗效,分析失败病例的原因及解决方法。方法300例病人,共300件全口义齿修复体(其中半口修复者32人),其中重新修复42例病人,共42件全口义齿修复体。均修复5年以上,定期回院复查,记录使用情况。结果300件全口义齿修复体修复5年后,258件成功,成功率86%。有42件失败,占14%,其中修复体折断破裂者18件,修复体松脱10件,人工牙折断8件。结论严格掌握适应证,规范临床操作和建立心理相融型的医患关系是提高全口义齿修复质量,减少失败重做的关键。
Objective To discuss the resuh：s of full denture. Methods Clinical observation were recorded according to 300 cases for 5 years. Results All cases had good retentions and reactions except for 42 cases falling off mental frame breaking off. Conclusion It is key to raise quality of full denture ,to strict grasp indication,to operate standard and to set up good relationship between doctors and patients.
