摘要
介质中发光中心的自发辐射速率与发光中心处的微观局域电场和介质中的宏观电场的比值相关,从而对环境介质的折射率存在一定的依赖。在虚腔模型和实验模型基础上,提出了一种通过数值计算来研究非均匀介质中发光中心自发辐射速率的局域场效应的方法,数值模拟的结果表明均匀介质中发光中心自发辐射速率的局域场效应并非完全满足虚腔或实腔模型。
Spontaneous emission rate of emitters embedded in media is relative to the ratio of the local field felt by an emitter to the macroscopic field, so that there are some different dependences of spontaneous emission rates on refractive index of the surrounding media. Various models have been developed to study the dependences of spontaneous emission rates on different surrounding media. There are two mainly models, virtual-cavity and real-cavity models, which are based on a macroscopic description of dielectrics and the assumption that the dielectrics are taken to be homogeneous. A numerical method for local field effects of spontaneous emission rates of emitters in heterogeneous dielectrics is brought forward.
