摘要
为了提高人类X-染色质实验的制片成功率,根据多年的实验教学经验对传统实验方法进行了改进,采用涂片法和压片法相结合的方法并简化实验步骤,用改良苯酚品红替代传统的染色剂,使X染色质的出现率得到了较大的提高,节省了一半的时间并得到了清晰的巴氏小体标本.
In order to improve the preparation efficiency of X-chromatin, not only smearing-method and crushing-method were adopted but also modified carbol fuchsin was used instead of those traditional stains. And with somewhat essential changes in the current procedure, almost a half of time was economized and the obtainment of perfect images of X-chromatin became easily.
