摘要
通过XRD、IR等方法,表征了未活化煤矸石的本征特性,在未活化煤矸石胶凝性能的基础上,研究了热活化、机械活化、化学活化方法对煤矸石潜在活性的激发作用。结果表明未活化煤矸石不适宜直接用作水泥辅助材料,机械活化和化学活化方法均能明显激发煤矸石活性并显著提高煤矸石水泥的力学性能,但热活化是煤矸石激发活性的必要条件,其最佳煅烧温度为700℃。
The intrinsic properties of raw coal gangue were characterized by use of modem testing such as X - ray diffraction (XRD) , infrared (IR) and petrographic analyses. The cementing performance of untreated coal gangue was test, the activating action of thermal, mechanical and chemical activation on the potential activity of coal gangue were studied. The results indicated that inactivated coal gangue can not he used directly as a auxiliary material to produce cement, both mechanical and chemical activation are effective to improve the activity of coal gangue and to enhance the mechanical properties of cement with coal gangue. It is pointed out that heat activation is very necessary to the activation of coal gangue, and the optimal calcining heat for thermal activation of coal gangue is at 700℃.
