摘要
介绍了某高碳质金矿石的重选试验研究,试验采用单一摇床、螺旋溜槽粗选一摇床精选以及旋流脱碳脱泥一摇床精选3种重选流程均取得了较好的选别效果,3种流程均能使矿石中的金得到有效富集,可获得回收率75%-80%,品位60-80g/t的合格金精矿。
An experimental study on gravity separation of a high carbonaceous gold ore is introduced in the paper. In the course of the experiment, three gravity concentration processes, namely single shaking table concentration, spiral chute rough separation - table concentrator cleaning separation as well as hydrocyclone decarburization and desliming - table concentrator cleaning separation were tested, and all of them achieve good separation effects. The qualified gold concentrate with gold grade of 60 - 80 g/t and the gold recovery rate of 75% - 80% could be gained.
