种植体表面修饰影响骨结合机制研究进展

摘要 钛及其合金具有化学稳定性高,弹性模量等力学性能与骨组织比较匹配等优点.是广泛应用的人体硬组织修复材料。钛及其合金本质上是生物惰性材料,在临床应用中,牙种植体必然要植入颌骨并能长期稳定的承担一定的咬合力。而直接将钛或钛合金植人人体还存在许多有待解决和进一步改善的问题。例如骨结合强度低。生物活性差。
