摘要
退火窑合金辊表面黏敷物较多对玻璃带划伤较重,对玻璃质量影响较大,用专用磨床进行抛光处理,加工费用高、加工工期长。开发的专用合金辊抛光机,利用合金辊的轴向旋转运动以及抛光磨具的径向往复运动共同完成对合金辊的抛光,可以在退火窑现场进行抛光处理,效果理想。
Adhesive substances to alloy roller of annealing furnace may seriously scratch glass surface and deteriorate glass appearance . In order to eliminate the adhesive a special grinding machine is currently used and the drawback of this process is costly and time--consuming. The reported polisher special for alloy roller holds advantages of field polishing and satisfactory finishing by means of the axial rotation of alloy roller and radial reciprocal motion of polishing grinder .
