介绍了大众车系CAN数据传输系统的种类、结构特点和数据传输原理;分析了CAN数据传输系统故障类型、机理和检修步骤;总结了CAN-BUS系统的故障诊断方法.当CAN数据传输系统出现故障时,应首先进行自诊断,初步确定故障范围或故障元件,然后用示波器和数字万用表检测数据总线线路和终端电阻或采用替换法对怀疑有故障的电控单元进行检测.

The category, structure feature and data transmission principle of the CAN Bus system of the VOLKSWAGEN passenger cars were introduced in this paper. Also the mechanism and the repairing steps of the method of fault diagnosis of CAN Bus system were analyzed. Then, the method of fault diagnosis of CAN Bus system were introduced. Once CAN Bus system have some fault, we should use the self-diagnose function to make sure which part or which component have fault, and then we can use a oscilloscope and a multimeter to examine the line of CAN Bus system and terminal resistance, or use the replacing method to examine the suspicious ECU.
