基于LabVIEW8.0的旋光度测量虚拟仪器系统的设计与应用

摘要 通过串行口将常规旋光仪与计算机通讯,构建了基于LabVIEW8.0的旋光度测量虚拟仪器系统,实现了旋光度测量的自动采集、实时显示、绘制α~C或αt^t曲线、数据存储、实时处理数据和生成结果等,避免了旋光度测量人工操作的繁琐和人为误差,提高了测量的准确度.将该系统用于标准曲线法测定抗坏血酸浓度,其相对误差为1.25%;用该系统跟踪测定蔗糖水解转化反应体系旋光度,系统自动绘出αt^t曲线,获得最佳曲线方程,并采用两种方法求其速率常数所得表观活化能的相对误差分别为-1.74%、1.25%,且该系统还具有人机对话友好、操作简便、功能易扩展等诸多优点. Communicating traditional polarimeter with PC through serial port, the virtual instrument system based on LabVIEW 8.0 is constructed for measuring optical activity, which can achieve data automatically, live displaying, drawing a-C or at-t curve, saving data, real-time processing data and generating results et al. So it avoids boring manual operations and human error and improves the veracity of measurements. The system for determining concentration of ascorbic acid using the standard curve method, the relative error is 1.25%. When it is applied to monitoring the optical activity of sucrose hydrolysis reaction, the system draws at-t curve and obtains the best fitted curve equation automatically. Using two methods to get reaction rate constants, the relative errors of activation energy were- 1. 74% and 1. 25% respectively. Furthermore, the system has many functional advantages of the friendly interface, controlling it easily and extending it's function freely.
