摘要
主要研究董事会的绩效考核问题,介绍如何运用平衡积分卡对公司高层绩效进行衡量的新方法,并分析该方法在中国的运用前景。
This paper focused on issues about the evaluation of the board of directors＇ performance, introduced the balance score card approach to rate the performance of the board of directors and discussed its application in China in the future.
