Techniques of Coating Fluoroplastics Film on Surface of Metallic Matrix Materials

金属基材表面制作氟塑料薄膜而得的复合材料可将金属材料的高强度与氟塑料的高耐蚀性及抗粘合性有机结合起来，但其复合制作工艺难度较高．本文综述了国内外目前采用的各种工艺技术并分析了其主要工艺参量，同时结合我省几种典型工业用途进行了材料及工艺优选工作．

Coating fluoroplastics film on the surface of metallic matrix materials can give the workpieces excellent properties combined the high strength of metallic materials with the high corrosion-resistance and anticoherence of fluoroplastics, but the coating process would be very difficult because of the anticoherence of fluoroplastics. In this paper, the coating techniques, such as spray coating, tube lining and so on, have been reviewed, the main processing parameters have been provided,and some typical industrial applications related to Yunnan provincial major industries have been discussed.
