摘要
酒名,凝结了中国的文化创造,作为北宋饮酒名人,苏轼笔下有众多饶有趣味的酒名。本文通过全面梳理苏轼作品中所涉及到的酒名,以期对宋代酿酒业本身、宋代乃至中国酒文化有所了解,特别是由此彰显苏轼的酒观念和饮酒背景,从而更为深入地理解这位中国文学史和文化史上的巨匠。
The names of liquor in China are typical cultural creation, As a famous winehibber in Beisong Dynasty, Su Shi entitled many noticeable liquor names, This paper, on the one hand, reorganizes the liquor names mentioned in Su Shi＇s works, for the purpose of knowing more about brewage in Song Dynasty as well as China＇s beverage culture; on the other hand, it reveals Su Shi＇s conception and background of drinking, so as to understand more about this distinguished master of literature.
