对“以人为本”中的“人”的理解

UNDERSTANDING “HUMAN” IN “HUMAN-ORIENTATION”

作为科学发展观本质和核心的“以人为本”的“人”,首先是指“人民”;但是,从根本上讲,“以人为本”的“人”,是指“每一个人”,即“所有的个人”,“每一个人”是构成科学发展观的历史主体。以人为本的科学发展观在历史主体上坚持“人民”和“每个人”的辩正统一,是对马克思主义理论、特别是对当代中国化马克思主义理论的继承和超越。

Learners have done a great deal research on the ＂human＂ in ＂human-orientation＂ recently and brought up a lot of advice. As the essence and core of value of scientific development, we believe, the ＂human＂ in ＂human-orientation＂ refers to ＂people＂ at the first place; while it refers to ＂everyone＂ radically; ＂everyone＂ is the historical main body to form value of scientific development which insists on the union of ＂people＂ and ＂everyone＂ in historical aspect, and inherit and exceed Marxism theory, especially current Chinese characteristic Marxism theory.
