摘要
目前关于我国体育博彩的规范依据只有一些关于彩票的管理办法和规定,已严重滞后于体育博彩业的现实发展需要。通过对我国体育博彩发展特点和存在的法律障碍分析,指出完善体育博彩法律制度的必要性和迫切性并提出相关对策。
There are only some rules and regulations on China＇s sports gambling at present, which has seriously lagged behind in the needs of reality. The paper has analyzed the features of China＇s sports gambling development and its law barriers, pointed out the necessity and urgency of improving the law system and advanced some countermeasures.
