摘要
本文以美国、英国、日本为例分析比较了国外公务员职位的分类因素,对国内有关职位分类的最新理论进行了述评,指出各国选择什么标准或因素对公务员职位进行横向分类,一般由该国国情决定。
Taking the United States, Britain and Japan as example, the paper comparatively analyzes the classification factors of abroad official position, and comments on the latest domestic theory on position classification. Finally it points out that what criteria or factors for horizontal classification of official position are generally determined by their own national conditions.
