Research progress in molecular biology of carcinogenesis of esophageal cancer

摘要 近年来的研究表明,食管癌变过程中存在着p53-p21和p16-cyclinDl-Rb细胞周期调控系统紊乱和Wnt信号传导通路改变;存在端粒酶活性异常增高;存在一些特殊蛋白和因子的改变,如环氧合酶.2(COX-2)、CIaudins、细胞周期素依赖性蛋白激酶1(CDKl)、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)等;这些改变在食管癌的发生发展中起重要作用,也与食管癌的早期诊断、治疗有密切关系。 Recent researches indicate that during the carcinogenesis course of esophageal cancer there are cell cycle regulating system and cell signal derangement, such as p53-p21and pl6-cyclinD1-Rb systyms and Wnt signal pathway. There are abnormal telomerase activation, some changes of special proteins and factors such as COX-2, Claudins, CDK1, and VEGF, etc. Those changes may play important roles in the carcinogenesis of esophageal cancer and be related to the early diagnosis and therapy of esophageal carcinoma.
