Diagnosis of early gastric cancer

早期胃癌（EGC）病变局限，若能及早诊断治疗，预后良好。近年来，大规模临床筛查的普及，仿真内镜、多种新型胃镜等的应用，使早期胃癌的检出率明显提高。随着分子生物学技术的发展，发现早期胃癌的发生与癌基因c-myc、p53、p16等的突变、端粒酶活性变化、微卫星DNA的不稳定性等密切相关。

Early gastric cancer （EGC） lesions are limited, the prognosis is good if timely diagnosed and treated. In recent years, with the popularity of large-scale clinical screening, the application of virtual endoscopy and several new endoscopes, the detection rate of EGC has improved significantly. With the develop- ment of molecular biology techniques, researches find that oncogene c- myc,p53, p16 mutation, telomerase activity,microsatellite DNA instability and so on are closely related with the genesis of EGC.
