HPLC-ELSD鉴别不同产地通光藤的皂苷类成分

Qualitative analysis of the saponins in Marsdenia tenacissima from three habitats by HPLC-ELSD

目的对不同产地通光藤所含皂苷类成分进行定性鉴别。方法采用高效液相色谱联合蒸发光散射法。结果分别从产于四川乐山、成都和云南红河的通光藤中检出通光藤皂苷L^P;云南产通光藤的皂苷类成分含量较高。结论所用方法可快速、准确地鉴别不同产地通光藤的皂苷类成分。

OBJECTIVE To qualitatively analysis of the saponins in Marsdenia tenacissima from three different habitats. METH- ODS An HPLC - ELSD method was adopted. RESULTS Saponin L - P in Marsdenia tenacissima was detected in Leshan, Chengdu and Yunna,and in Marsdenia tenacissima products in Yunnan the contents of saponins L - P were highest. CONCLUSION This method is rapid and accurate for the qualitative analysis of the crude drug of Marsdenia tenacissima.
