摘要
联合使用MC和CA方法,结合金属学的基本原理,模拟了5CrNiMo热作模具钢锻后微观组织演变;并采用MATLAB为开发平台,结合C语言编程完成模拟软件的开发。软件可以实现5CrNiMo钢锻后冷却过程中发生的奥氏体晶粒长大及奥氏体至铁素体相变过程的动态演示,模拟结果直观,并可以定量计算晶粒尺寸的变化,从而实现对锻后冷却过程中不同温度下的组织形态和晶粒尺寸的预测。此外,通过实验,验证了模拟软件的正确性和可靠性。
5CrNiMo hot die steel microstructures after hot forging are simulated by using MC and CA methods in combined with the basic principle of metallurgy. Taking MATLAB software as surrounding platform, the simulated software has been developed by combining C program. The software can accomplish the dynamic demo of the austenite grain growth and the phase transformation from austenite to ferrite under cooling after forging, so the simulated results are very intuitionistic, furthermore, it can compute grain dimension quantitatively by the simulated results. Moreover, it can verify the reliability of the simulated software by experiment.
