HPLC测定生骨颗粒中延胡索乙素的含量

Determination of tetrahydropalmatine in Shenggu granules by HPLC

目的建立测定生骨颗粒中延胡索乙素含量的方法。方法采用RP-HPLC法,以乙腈-磷酸盐溶液（35：65）为流动相,检测波长281 nm,流速1.0 ml·min^-1。结果0.205-4.100 mg延胡索乙素的线性关系良好（r=0.9999）,平均回收率为98.99%,RSD=1.01%。结论所用方法简便可靠、重复性好,适合生骨颗粒中延胡索乙素的测定。

OBJECTIVE To establish a determination method for tetrahydropalmatine in Shenggu granules. METHODS RP - HPLC was used with Kromasil C18 Chromatographic column. Mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile -phosphate solution（ 35：65 ）. Detection wavelength was 281 nm. Flow rate was 1.0 ml·min^-1 RESULTS The linear range of tetrahydropalmatine was 0. 205 - 4.100mg（r=0.9999）. The average recovery was 98. 99% with the RSD of 1.01%. CONCLUSION This method is simple, relia ble and reproducibilie for determination of tetrahydropalmatine in Shenggu granules.
