摘要
通过对GH202合金涡轮球壳胎模锻件成形工艺的研究,采用合理的模具设计和优化工艺,实现了胎模锻件的成形,确保锻件达到技术条件要求。说明新材料的推广应用与新工艺的研究紧密相关,尤其要有可靠的成形工艺作保证。
The formation process of GH202 alloy die forging of sphere turbine is studied and the reasonable die design and optimized process are used to realize the formation of GH202 alloy die forging of sphere turbine with loose tooling. This formation can make the forging meet the technical requirements. The study indicates that the development and usage of new material have a close relationship with the research of new process, especially, with the reliable formation process.
