摘要
厚壁筒形件在热收口成形时,由于变形抗力大,工件对模具产生剧烈摩擦,导致在生产过程中模具寿命低。本文通过力学分析,并应用有限元分析软件DEFORM对热收口过程进行数值模拟,最终采用了减小入模角的方法对热收口上模进行了优化设计,从而避免了成形过程中模具表面的应力集中。通过工艺试制,优化设计后的热收口模具明显提高了使用寿命。
The thick-wall shell-shape part has a strong resistance in the process of hot shell nosing, so the die life is low during the process of production resulting from the friction by part. The FEM software DEFORM is used to numerical simulation of this process by mechanical analysis. Finally, top die after optimization is used to avoid the stress concentration in surface of die by reducing the enter-die angle during process of forming. The life of die after optimization is obviously increased by process test.
