摘要
通过对铝质软管挤压工艺的分析,得到了适合于冷挤压成形的软管深度、壁厚和内孔带阶梯的杯形件的小孔长径比等方面的参数;确定了坯料的形状尺寸、坯料成形前的软化处理和表面处理方式、挤压过程中的润滑,设计了挤压模具结构,并在模具工作部分结构上采用组合式凸模、芯轴冲头兼做辅助导向、模杆的紧固和自定心等方面进行了创新设计,满足了工艺需要。
According to the analysis of the extrusion process of the flexible aluminum pipe, the parameters of flexible pipe, such as wall thickness and the length diameter ratio of an eyelet of a cup-shaped components with steps in insidediameter are gained which are appropriate to the cold extruding forming. The blank dimension, the softening treatment before formation and the way of mat forming treatment, and the lubing in extrusion process are determined and the structure of the extrusion die is designed. Also the innovative design, for example, the use of collapsible male die in the structure of working part, the use of partly arbor punch and partly assistance guidance and fastening of the punch shank and self-alignment are made to meet the need of the process.
